The robot welding system

The robot welding system was designed for the production of non-linear, so-called 2D tailored blanks in smaller quantities and with low investment. The system is equipped with a shuttle table with component-specific magnetic or vacuum clamping technology. The welding head is robot-guided and has an integrated seam tracking system and an additional servo axis for path correction. The system can be equipped with robots from various robot manufacturers, depending on customer requirements.

The automation and the degree of automation of the system can be adapted as required to the customer’s ideas, material flow and space conditions. Downstream production steps such as quality inspection, dimpling, turning, patchwork, marking, etc. can be integrated into the system as required.
