For the production of Tailor Welded Profiles, the combination of MSW and directly downstream folding / bending processes is ideal. With the MSW-TWP, the MSW system produces the desired primary materials, a robot removes the welded components and feeds them directly to the next production steps in the directly linked bending machine. Tailored profiles from one production line. We integrate folding / bending machines / roll forming systems from a wide range of manufacturers into our production lines according to the customer’s requirements.

Of course, the production steps can also be carried out without direct interlinking. In this case, the welded components are stacked on pallets or in special transport containers for onward transportation to the next machine.
