Multiple Seam Welding Line MSW
The MSW system, which was originally designed for Tailored Profiles, is of course also suitable for the production of Tailored Blanks, Tailored Aluminium Blanks and Tailored Stainless Steel Blanks with linear seams.
Its strength lies in the area of narrow sheet metal strips and long weld seams.
The MSW does not require any cut-to-size primary material, since it is loaded with large-format sheet metal panels and then separates the required strips itself. The upstream processing steps (cutting, storage and material handling) for the raw material are eliminated, making this machine a really strong alternative for Tailored Blanks production.
