Advanced Ablation System
The AAS ablation system is especially suitable for the ablation of pre-blanks with short seams and small to medium volumes. The laser edges are always ablated for 2 components in parallel in one production step.
The blanks are transported automatically in 2-fold handling.
In the central ablation station, the laser edges of the top and bottom sides of a pair of sheets are ablated in a single process step. After the ablation process, the components are stacked again.
